Suggest Treatment For Hard Bumps And Pain On The Scar After Surgery

I had ACl reconstruction surgery last november and it went well..took from my own patellar tendon. My rehab was fine but I always seemed to have some pain on the right medial side where my screw is and now I have a hard bump that feels like bone just above the scar where the screw was put in and it hurts. What could it be?
