Arthroscopic repair of the meniscus is a better option
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
According to the MRI Report, there are tears in both medial and lateral meniscus.
The tears can be visualised in the arthroscopic procedure better and repair can be attempted or removal of small damaged portion can be done. Other procedures will not be able to address this issue.
In my opinion, arthroscopic visualisation and repair of excision is better than other procedures to treat these tears.
Exercise and physiotherapy can be done to improve muscle strength around the knee. Acid climbing stairs, cross leg sitting, squatting, kneeling. Apply hot packs to the painful regions.
It is a wise choice to attempt repair of the meniscus by arthroscopic technique to ensure better chance of healing of the years.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Whether the Current Medications are going to show us any long term disadvantages. I heard using excess of pain killers will effect the Kidneys is it true.
Exercise are going to benefit or early Arthroscopic repair is the best option
Yes. Long term Medicine can cause damage
Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the typing error. It's Avoid climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting, cross leg sitting.
These medicines are pain killer with muscle relaxant and cartilage regeneration Medicine.
Excess pain killer can cause ulcer in stomach and kidney damage. So avoid taking more than 10 days. These medicines can cause dependence, nausea, vomiting, headache, gastritis, kidney failure, liver damage etc. in long term use.
Perform exercises and physiotherapy to strengthen muscles and reducer pain and improve performance.
Arthroscopic procedures is still the best surgical option to relieve pain.
Let me know if there are any further queries.
