Suggest Treatment For Hard Bumps On Face

Hi ,I m a 47 year old white female. Over the last 6 years I have had these hard bumps come up on my face. They have clear liquid in in them. I ve seen a dermatologist for this. They prescribe an antibiotic. As long as I take the medicine my skin clears up. Within a couple of weeks of being off it the medication it starts all over. Before this I had the clearest & pretty skin. I was so proud of my skin, now I just want to hide. What is this & how can I clear it up & kept it clear.

As per Ayurveda this is a kind of 'sheet pitt'. It's well said that any kind of itching or rash can not take place without Kapha vitiation. So in short Pitta and Kapha humors get vitiated to give rise to such problems.

If you can arrange to get Neem leaves powder and Turmeric powder, mix these and also add Sugarcandy powder ( if you are diabetic, avoid Sugarcandy). My patients are benefited by taking these 1 tsp thrice a day in few weeks.

However if in India, Haridra Khand is available. It's a coarse powder. Instead of turmeric and Sugarcandy this can be taken. Neem capsules are also available in place of Neem leaves powder.

It requires at least four weeks to address the problem. No antibiotics needed. No side effects.
