Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a hard lump on the bones on top of my foot...it s way under my skin and there is no sign of it just looking at my foot. It s about the size of a pea if it were shaped like a cylinder. It doesn t hurt unless i touch it and try to mess with it. It occasionally sends a bit of pain up through my leg and after i touch it seems to make my foot numb around my toes. I noticed it about a week ago, and it has grown in size since then, however, not since then.....any ideas? Is it a bone spur, or could it be a clot at all? just wondering if i should go in now?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the swelling could be due to lipoma actually it needs to be kept under observation for any changes like size and shape and clinical symptoms else this is nothing to worry hope this helps.
