Suggest Treatment For Hard Lumps Behind The Ear
I have 2 hard lumps behind one ear on and below what I think is my mastoid bone. They are sensitive and the skin below has small surface bumps and is itchy. The lumps were first noticed 2 weeks ago and have grown significantly since. I am currently being treated w topical medication for pre cancer spots on top of my head. There is also a hard lump that has formed under that area. I m otherwise very healthy. What could this be?

Hard lumps behind the ears may be due to various causes like enlarged lymph nodes, lipoma, cyst behind the ears.
If infection spreads to the mastoid bones its called mastoiditis, which is a serious health condition. You are suggested to get clinically examined by your treating doctor at the earliest. If it is just a cyst, lipoma, etc., it will be treated accordingly. While if it is pathologically serious condition it will be treated and managed at the earliest.
