After going through your question, I can understand your concern.
There most likely possibility of sebaceous cyst or boils or
folliculitis (infection of sebaceous glands or Hair follicle)
These kinds recurrent skin infections may be due to underlying causes like diabetes, use of steroids,
excessive sweating.
You should consult your doctor for detailed clinical examination .
Following investigation may be required depending upon clinical evaluation -

Complete Blood Count.
- Blood sugar levels (Fasting & Postprandial), HbA1c.
There may be need for antibiotics like
amoxicillin with clavulunic acid.
Use pain killer with anti-inflammatory like
aceclofenac with serratopeptidase.
In case of sebaceous cyst there may be need for surgical excision.
Simple rupture of sebaceous cyst may associated with recurrence due to remaining cyst wall.
