Suggest Treatment For Hay Fever

I have a seriously annoying problem most often in the morning when I wake up.. I sneeze like around 15-20 sneezes and it carries on till I have something hot (like coffee/tea). Doing online research I have got to know that I may be suffering from something called hay fever or any seasonal allergy. I have an office job and I would get delayed to work due to this problem. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to as a cure to this condition. Incase I dont get this mesg in reply from you. Kindly reach me at YYYY@YYYY

Hi welcome to health care magic....

You are having allergic rhinitis ....

Search for allergen made that lead such hypersensitivity reaction ...type 1 called hay fever ....(form of local allergy )

Allergen test can be useful for that ....

You can take Allegra drug contain fexofenedine for allergy ...

If nasal congestion more than oxymetazoline nasal drop can be given....

Drink more water ....

Steam inhalation useful...
Avoid excess spicy foods ...

Apart from allergen test also investigate with CBC to check AEC level ..
If AEC more than 400 than Allegra plus montelukast like strong antiinflammatory drug needed ...

Advise : Pulmonologist or allergy specialist consultation for detail work up and management ...
