Suggest Treatment For Head Injury

I'm 46, 5'6 and 140 lbs. Bumped my head very hard on the edge of an open door on Friday afternoon, had a goose egg that gradually went down with ice. Still have a bad bruise right where I hit it and a more diffuse bruise going away surrounding it. But there is still a hard knot where the "goose egg" was. Will this go away? Should I continue to ice it? The bump does hurt if I press on it at all, but otherwise I'm feeling fine, and didn't have any obvious signs of concussion (pupils were fine, etc.)

Ya it will go off gradually with some more time. Nothing to worry till you dont have any sign of concussion. Take rest you will be fine soon.
