Suggest Treatment For Head Injury

My son just fell on the pavement and hit the back of his head really hard. He has a very bit lump with broken vessells, you can see little red spots every where on it. he is screaching with pain and is getting sharp pains through the front of his head. I don't know if I should bring him to emergency

Yes, it is an emergency, take the child immediately to emergency room in hospital, get immediate CT scan of brain done and take opinion of neuro surgeon and start the treatment as early as possible. Hurry up, fast.
