I have a he d injury on side of head close to temple it s been three days I m still getting dizzy bad headache an feel fatigued arms are going to sleep regularly I have a Drs appointment tomorrow what can I tell him that will make his diagnosis easier

Ct scan of brain may help to diagnose better. With clinical evaluation too. Treatment for giddiness, headache, vomiting will also give good relief.
