Suggest Treatment For Headache And Body Pains Along With Shivering
Hi My two little boys have been coughing with fever but are getting better I ve had a headache and general aching body with bouts of shivering and weakness All controlled by paracetamol However, I have now developed a very painful cough. I have not really coughed a lot so I do not think that chronic ity is to blame. I bring up greenish discharge. The pain is in the lower trachea. I have not really had a sore throat. Thanks Ralf

you might have contracted some of upper respiratory tract infections
fever followed by cough with greenish discharge is suggestive of that
avoid smoking if you smoke
do some warm saline gargles and steam inhalation with deep breathing exercises
consult your physician for course of antibiotics and anti cough remedies
