Suggest Treatment For Headache And Fever In A 8 Year Old Child

My 8 year old son complained of a headache then not to long after it followed wit a 102 them gave Tylenol few hours gone by temp was 103 no change wit headache he has not wanted to eat I m his mother and I suffer from migraines I m worried he has never complained about a headache before what is u recommendation please help thanks

With a temperature of over 100, his headache is not likely related to migraines but more likely due to an infection.

It is possible that it may be a common viral infection like the common cold or flu especially if he has other symptoms but it may also be due to more serious infections.

It would be best to take him to his doctor for assessment.
