Suggest Treatment For Headache And Hand Tremors

I have been feeling odd the past few days... low energy, tremors in my hands but basically everywhere and feels almost internal. I get headaches at about 3:00 most every day and feel light headed most all day. I see that these are symptoms for a lot of things - how do I narrow it down?

First and foremost, get your blood pressure checked, followed by a fasting sugar level check.
