I have been having slight headaches daily, with a hot face and slight nausea. More susceptible to car and airsickness since this started a few weeks ago. Pregnancy is out of the question. Is this sinuses or anxiety and what should I do about it? OTC pain killers do nothing for it.
According to your all complain your headache and nausea isn’t because of sinus. They might be because of either anxiety or high blood pressure or some eye problem. So, I suggest you to consult the physician for check- up of blood pressure frequently and check- up of eyes with ophthalmologist.
Till the time you can treat nausea and headache by taking Tablet-Dolo-650 (if no allergy), 3 times in a day at the interval of 8 hours for 5 days to get relief in headache and Tablet-Domstal-MT (if no allergy), twice in a day at the interval of 12 hours for 5 days to get relief in nausea. Avoid spicy, fried, fermented and heavy food. Take sound sleep for 7 hours. Avoid excess mental and physical stress.
