Hello,
Stress nowadays has become a part and parcel of day to day life. The best way to decrease stress is life style changes rather than drugs. You can try to have a more active lifestyle, try new things, go on a trip, meditate, yoga, if you have a pet play with him. These can have a great influence on you.

There are drugs like alprazolam, flouxetine etc but they all have potential side effects and interactions hence should not be taken without proper screening of your underlying conditions. Headaches and nose bleeds can also be a sign of hypertension or chronically high blood pressure therefore make sure to consult with your PCP to eliminate the differentials.
