Even a trivial trauma to the head can cause the head injury. Your symptoms are suggestive of an internal head injury. Hence I would advise you to consult immediately at the ER or nearby a doctor for clinical examination, particularly of pupillary size, reaction to light, power in lumps and full general examination. MRI and CT of mastoids, brain. ENT Endoscopy to see particularly the ear e as you have symptoms related to it. All these will give an idea whether this is just a concussion or an actual changes in ear and brain. Further management would depend upon clinical findings and investigations reports.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
