Suggest Treatment For Headache And Sore Throat After Head Injury

Ten days ago I fell on the ice in our driveway and bumped my head above the right eyebrow. I applied ice to the large swelling. My pupils did not vary, and I did not become nauseated. I was able to teach last week, but I did seem unusually tired. My black eye is now diminishing. I have now had a sinus-type headache for four days, however, and I am not prone to headaches. My throat is somewhat sore as well, and I feel chilly. No fever. Should I be doing anything more regarding this accident?
