Suggest Treatment For Headache And Twitching Sensation In Left Eye

HI Doc...I ve had these terrible headaches for more than 3 weeks now. Starts at the nape of my neck on the left side and goes all the way up to my left side temples. And my left eye has been twitching non stop. And last night my both hands/arms were painful...even now as well. Please help??? Mona

thanks for the query..
Do you have any vomiting sensation or any vision disturbances or any cold or cough etc.,
the headache could be related to any upper respiratory tract infection or a migraine..
Need to take treatment accordingly.
the eye twitchings can be related the strain on the eyes.. they will disappear by themselves..no need to worry about them.
if the headache is still there after taking a pain killer do consult the physician to rule of any neurological problem..
