I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Presenting features might be because of classic migraine with vertigo. I advice you to, - take analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans - Tab. Stugeron thrice a day - Tab. Vertigon 16 mg twice a day - Avoid excessive salt and water - Avoid jerky movements. - Do labyrinthine exercises after giddiness stops. - Neck massage & Yoga - Bed rest in a quiet room
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
