Suggest Treatment For Headache, Back Pain And Welts On Shoulders
I have a terrible headache and found welts on my shoulders. I have type II diabetes but all my tests are normal. I have chronic back pain and only 64. I crave ice alot. but the welts surprised me. Out with my friends enjoying lunch and shopping. My eyes feel heavy.

Pain may be due to lumbar spondylosis or back muscles spasm or fibromyalgia etc. Get it done an X-ray of back muscles and lumbar spine.
Use physical therapy, cold and warm compression. Use tablet tramadol with paracetamol twice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
