Suggest Treatment For Headache, Blurred Vision And Dizziness

I have constant headaches for a few months now. Lately I have had blurred vision and I am dizzy. I am worried. I wear glasses but it doesn t seem to matter whether I am wearing them or not. I do not have health insurance and I am debating going to the emergency room. Today is the worse as it has ever been.

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
Headache, dizzy spells and blurred vision needs examination of fundus, if there was no papiloedema then it's common with severe headache of any cause.
Take Advil or Mortin, antiemetic and inderol and take rest. Massage of head is also beneficial.
If headache was worsening or the eyes start deviating or there was projectile vomiting especially in morning then go to ER and do MRI brain with contrast.
Hope it helps best.
