Suggest Treatment For Headache, Cough, Fever And Back Muscle Pain

My husband has had head congestion with drainage and headache. He also has a very congested cough that now has caused sore muscles in his back. He has been running a temperature of 101.9 F for almost 2 days. He is treating fever with alternate doses of ibuprofen and Tylenol without much response. Sudafed and mucinex have helped a little withcongestion. I am very concerned about the fever. Anything else we can do ?

Hello

As you explain the situation I think that he should get medical help because the fever after a head congestion should be further follow up for safety. So talk with his doctor

Regards
