Suggest Treatment For Headache, Dizziness And Arm Numbness

Last summer, I went to the doctore with swollen lymph nodes under neck. He gave me antibiotics. I was getting my allergy symptoms the same day I went to the doctor. The sweeling went down but they rose back up after the medicine was gone, especially on the left side of my neck. The pain goes all the way up to my ear. It feels pressure and like something is in there (but I know there isn't) It has not went away since last summer. I feel pressure sometimes in my head and have had more headaches than normal. I have had dizziness off and on to where the room is really spinning. That scares me. On the left side of my jaw, below the corner of my mouth, there is skin that is drooping. I also have had left arm numbness down to my palm of my hand but goes away quickly. I have the blood pressure of a teenager and my chlosteral is great and I do not have sugar. I don't take any medicine on a regular basis. I take advil for my headaches. I don't know if this is all related to 1 thing or not.
