Suggest Treatment For Headache, Dizziness And High Blood Pressure

my blood pressure is reading as high as 181 over 125 with a low of 161 over 112 in about a 20 minute span. I checked today because I have been getting slight headaches and weird feelings in my body for the last couple of weeks, I was also dizzy for about 20 seconds this past Friday and became anxety riddled which seemed to make it worse.
