Suggest Treatment For Headache In A Child

My 6 year old fell earlier today and started complaining of a headache. We later noticed that he was not eating and that he just wanted to sit down (he s normally jumping around). over the last 7 hours he s thrown up twice. He s resting now, however, we are not sure if we should wait until morning or take him to the ER tonight ....please advise. Thank you in advance.

Hi thank you for submitting your question.

I would suggest you to take him to ER tonight, or As soon as possible.

Its not because of the headache but having throw up twice, and not eating and lethargic might be a sign of a blunt head trauma that can lead to severe head trauma ( Bleeding )

Have it check out its better than not knowing.
