Suggest Treatment For Headache, Nausea And Vomiting
my 18 year old daughter was just diagnosed with migraines. She has had a severe migraine for four days now. She has tried two different medications and thought she was getting better. This morning she woke up this morning with a severe headache, nausea, vomiting. Just now she had a black out spell. Is this normal in duration and severity for migraines.

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
