Hi Thanks for posting on HCM The treatment of your problem will depend on the cause. -It could either be primary headache caused by overactivity of or problems with pain-sensitive structures in your head. A primary headache isn't a symptom of an underlying disease. -It could be secondary headache which is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head.In your case, possible causes may include poorly controlled BP or an infection. I will suggest the following: -Continue with your BP medication -Eat well and healthy with low salt -Take a pain medication like paracetamol or codeine if headache too intense If the symptoms persist, you see your Doctor for evaluation. You will need to have your BP checked and blood tests to look for an infection. Hope my answer will help you Best regards
