Suggest Treatment For Headache, Stomach Ache And Rash On Buttocks

my daughter is 12, she has been around her cousin who has tested positive for strep. She has never carried strep like a normal child. The last couple of days has complained of headaches, stomaches and last night told me she had a rash on her buttocks. I was already in bed so I told her I would check out the rash tomorrow. Wondering maybe , possibly signs of impetigo which she has had in the past.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, but this may not be impetigo (Skin lesion demands the clinical observation for diagnosis ) but this could be hypersensitive reaction and initially this need to be treated accordingly and best option would be "Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day, if the condition does not responds to this then this need to be clinically examined, take care.
I find this answer helpful
