Suggest Treatment For Headache, Tiredness And Arthritis In One Ankle

Hi I am constantly tired wake up with bad headache very lethargic - I have arthritis in one ankle for which I take medication - recently had I v treatment for this and apparently should have been given vitamin D and calcium but the hospital forgot could this be the reason?

Hello,

In my opinion, tiredness with arthritis can be due to psoriatic arthritis
I would like to give some tests:
1. Ankle X-Ray
2. Complete Blood Tests including RF, anti-citrullinated antibodies
3. Head CT

Also, there may be back pain, joint stiffness.

You can start this medication:
Paracetamol if headaches or there is a pain in the joint.
Continue Vitamin D and calcium
Aspirin

Please post the results of the tests here so that a doctor can follow you up. Then the doctor can tell you which medication to start the regimen.
