Suggest Treatment For Headache, Tiredness, Dry Cough And Runny Nose

hi,ive been sick for 10 daysstarting with severe headach,extremley tired.nastydry nonprod cough constant runny nose for 3 days fever not until the 7th day 101 then up and down for two days then the crackle upon exhale but the wierd thing is my stomach muscles have been randonly contracting today,not really cramps.

Hi,

Runny noses with headache may be treated with antihistaminic and NSAIDS. Tablet Paracetamol plus Cetrizine plus caffeine will definitely help you. And for stomach muscle pain take tablet Dicyclomine.
