Upon review, particularly of your thyroid function studies, I am not suspecting that your
hypothyroidism is having any significant effect on your headache. Your
TSH values are certainly well within normal range. If it is possible for you to provide further details regarding the headache, specifically when exactly it comes on, if anything relieves it, and what makes the headache worse, that would be very helpful.
There is something called a chronic daily
migraine which is something I am suspecting. These are somewhat debilitating
headaches that, as you would think, present daily. They can be somewhat resistant to treatment at times, but usually a
neurologist and determine an appropriate course of prophylactic medication to reduce their intensity and frequency.
