Hello, I am 49 female and for the past week and half a headache , pains has moving from my right hand one minute then stops , then it picks up in my tummy then it stops, then my right foot and continues through my body interchangeable. I have been also feeling tired and lethargic lately. I wake up in the mornings and I feel like I am getting a cold but then it not a cold. I don t know what to think.
