Suggest Treatment For Headaches After Exposure To Cold Weather
Two days ago I was exposed to really cold weather for 9 hours continuously. Since then, I have been feeling very strung out and tired with a painful headache. Although i continue to drink water and tea, I still feel very dehydrated. I have no appetite and have already had mono. I also have a fever and am having a difficult time regulating my body temperature, I appreciate the help.

Viral infection could be the likely cause of your symptoms, you did not mentioned the body temperature because that might not be pure fever but may be just malaise one, taking rest is the best way to come out of this condition, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
