Suggest Treatment For Headaches Along With Neck And Back Pain

Hi, I have been running headaches with neck and back pain. I cant keep balance sometimes and get light headed and nauseated. neck is tender to touch. I cant sleep from it. I have been taking tramadol 50mgs and gabapentin 300 mgs and nothing is helping. my chest feels tight and sometimes I get chest pain around my heart area and take an aspirin. I am getting worried. This has been going on a week

As per your history please make a full blood count with differential .Stop all symptomatic painkillers.Take UNICARBAZA NFORTE once a day at bed time up to 21 days.(Thanks)
