HI
Well come to HCM
What ever the MRI findings are there this are nothing to take with headache because headache could be due to some functional condition may be depression, anxiety, and this need to be treated with following medicines
1) Tab Alprazolam 0.5 mg at bed time
2) Tab Amitriptyline twice in day
if symptoms does not improved then psychiatrist's opinion would be must, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
