I am 36yrs old man. I have been treated with anxiety of not able to perform well, low self esteem, learning disability and headache 10 years. My life went smooth thereafter. But i am getting same feeling of fear and feeling of not able to be cured again. I would life to return to normal life before these fears take control of my mind. I started feeling bad memories/confusion/poor work performance/continuous negative thoughts/forgetfulness of 10 year before. When i feel fear, i feel throbbing/pulsating in brain and wired sensation in thighs, feet and stomach.
The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as first-line management, you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist, bettet to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra cranial (inside the brain) causes. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
