Hello,

As the medicine you were taking has been stopped its due to excessive loss of sodium from the body. Also sweating is one of the cause for excessive loss of sodium as well.

You complaint stands for headaches, dry eyes, memory loss, balance issues etc. Headaches and dry eyes are due to vascular insufficiency. I will advise you to drink as much water as possible and keep yourself hydrated. Due to lack of fluid, there might be changes of vaso-constriction which might lead to headache as well as dry eyes. The second part is about memory loss - this is possible due to lack of blood supply to the memory centres. And the last part is about balance. This also has a similar cause.

What I would suggest is rather taking too many things in your mind and getting panic please try to get relaxed and be calm. In my 12 years of experience, I have seen some cases where they are helped by a simple medication and exercises. As exercises help to regulate the overall body metabolic functions and other functions its always good to do some general exercise.

The set of exercise which you can look for. Brisk Walking in the morning over the grass for 20-30 minutes. Doing deep breathing exercise for 10-15 minutes. Simple mat exercise for 15 minutes. Try solving puzzle weekly thrice (playing chess is good). Doing head rotation clockwise and anti-clockwise. Do tandem walking.

Please follow these exercises and let me know after a week or so. You should do well this is my hope.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
