Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Fever

Hi doctor, I am surender singh i am suffering from typhoid for 11/08/2016 but now there is no fever but headache like band on my head like sensation its very light and sometime i feel vomiting likely to happen but it does not happen, I took 15 days antibiotics medicine with vaccine from doctor and now he saying you typhoid has been cured and you are facing headache because of cough and acidity..i am feeling ok with little with weakness but HEADACHE LIKE BAND ON MY HEAD that is confusing me, please doctor help me..

i find that you have taken appropriate course of antibiotics along with vaccine as suggested by your doctor,thus u are not required to have antibiotics anymore .
for headache ,i would suggest you following-
take paracetamol tabs SOS when required .
take pan 40 once daily before breakfast for 7 days.
stay hydrated by proper intake of fluids.
take fruit juices.
avoid oily and junk foods .
get your blood pressure checked.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is was the typhoid fever and what the symptoms you have could be due to the post pyrexial psychosis it is common phenomenon, it can be managed with Tab chlorpromazine 10 mg three time in day if ever needed but it is the self limiting condition if it is the post typhoid syndrome, differential diagnosis is matter of concern, hope this information helps.
