Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently had a partial knee replacement and take anxiety medicine along with high blood pressure medicine an aspirin a stool softener Tylenol during the day and hydrocodoc at night during the day I have a headache and what I would call heart burn I have tried taking pills at different times and also taken with different types of food any suggestions
I can suggest you take Omeprazole for four weeks to get over gastritis and hurt burn. At this time avoid taking NSAIDs such Ibuprofen. Taking NSAIDs for a long time due to knee replacement surgery may have caused your symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
