Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Muscle Aches

I am tired all the time, can t seem to get enough sleep. Fatique, no energy and feel bad. I have a few headaches, muscles aches etc. My blood pressure today is 120/90. At times I seem to have trouble catching my breath. Is this heart related or do you think this is more of a diabetes issue?

these conditions may lead to diabetic symptoms but also it is related with fever symptoms. it's better to check on blood sugar levels. trouble in breathing may also be due to gastritis also. so better to consult a physician once thank you.
