General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Hba1c levels with blood glucose will tell to start therapy and thyroid profile should also be checked. Few things are physiological also. What is important is your hemoglobin, you should not be anemic with normal electrolytes and follow test results with gynecologist and internal medicine doctors.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
