Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Ringing In Ears After Injury

I had a four wheeler accident 2 weeks ago and fell off went to hospital and had to stay 2 nights. I had a fracture in skull, and a contusion. My right side of head from top to base of skull is still swollen and I have numbness and tingling. Ringing in ears still, with bad headaches. How long does it take the swelling to go away? I have a follow up with regular physician and neurologist in a few days.
