Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Tightness In Chest
Went to my dr a few weeks ago and she put me on lisinopril for HBP, my Bp came down to normal when I was taking meds it went down really low ended up w headaches and overall blah feeling. I didn t think about the meds for a few days, this am woke up and Bp was 145/95 nasty headache and some tightness in my upper chest and mid back with some nausea. Checked my pressure an hour apart 3 times and took meds again now my pressure is down to 95/60 ears are ringing, small headace, and nausea. Is that normal?

I try my best to solve it.
As you have headache and tightness in chest, this both are due to high blood pressure. Ans also from gastritis that done by drug. I suggest you to take antacid Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg in the morning before breakfast.
I suggest take this for few days and symptom not resolve than consult a good a physician for this.
