My husband is 84 and has had a non cancerous tumor removed from the front of his brain plus a heart attack. He has a very weak heart and stiff valve. He has a had a headache, vomiting, diarrhea, blood pressure and high pulse all over the place, and high level of white blood cell count....25,000. What is going on?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, very little and incomplete medical history is given, which valve is stiff is not mentioned here, if this is the increased total count and then it may be due to infection, here it could be intestinal infection, but for better diagnosis clinical examination is must, if this is afebrile condition then high count is questionable and hope this information helps.
