Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Fatigue And Blurred Vision
I have chronic sinus problems Headaches, nausea, facial and dental pain, fatigue, blurred vision No real contest ion but throat drainage Depression I was taking Zyrtec daily but felt confused and memory problems and didn t seem to have real relief. I use Flonase prn, but don t feel great relief either I use netipot daily I also have severe night sweats since menopause in my late 40s The quality of my life is low

The symptoms are consistent with common causes like migraine or tension headache, as a first line management you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intra cranial (inside the brain) causes.
