Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Fever And Hoarse Voice
Five days ago I went to a concert and after that I started to lose my voice a bit. After three days of rest and lots of water, I noticed my voice was still becoming more and more hoarse. Yesterday, I suddenly developed a fever (100.8), moderate headache, head congestion (enough to hurt my ears) and moderate body aches. As a teacher, it was enough to leave school. I ve been treating with NyQuil but it doesn t seem to be getting better.
1. T.Paracetamol 650mg q.i.d [four times daily after food] for 5 days
2. T.Amoxicillin 500mg b.d [two times daily after food] for 5 days
3. T.Vitamin C o.d[Once daily after food] for 15days
4. Do saltwater gargling frequently
If symptoms persist I suggest you take X-Ray head to view sinus and consult an ENT specialist for further basic checkup and treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
