Suggest Treatment For Headaches, Loss Of Appetite And Stomach Issues
I may have been exposed to Hep A at a Scout Camp about 4 weeks ago. Last Thursday I started having symptom such as: exhaustion, head ache nd body aches, sweats and shivers, loss of appetite, mild stomach issues (lots of burping after eating anything).
Good news is that almost everyone who gets hepatitis A makes a full recovery.
But since it can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months to clear up, it’s a good idea to know how to take care of yourself in the meantime.
Stay in home, rest, avoid alcohol eat small portions, get enough calories The hepatitis A virus is easily spread to others. Until you’re well, avoid all sexual activity, Don’t prepare food for others.
Wash your hands each time you use the toilet or change a diaper.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
