Hi,
Noted you history about headache,
migraine and
shortness of breath, consulted a
Neurologist, normal MRI - brain. Well, all these symptoms may not be related as shortness of breath or so can be due to many reason and thus needs a proper clinical evaluation, examination and inveestigations as follows:
Pulmonary function tests.
CT scan of abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
An opinion of a Pulmonologist.
All this will lead to a proper diagnosis and thus lead to a proper management. Broncho-dilators in the form of inhalar, tablets can help a lot if there is asthma. COPD is a chronic disease and may not be amendable treatment and cure, needs proepr preventive management as well as medicatoins.
Tuberculosis or other lung infections will need a specific management.
Chest physiotherapy and exercises.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
