Suggest Treatment For Headaches

My 12 yo son was diagnosed with pneumonia 3 weeks back and that has cleared our doctor has run some blood test which all came back normal, but my son feels terrible with headaches body aches and his skin even hurts, no energy, his temperature is 97.5 and feels cold, any thoughts?
