Hello, how are you?

Welcome to HCM

Now coming towards your peoblem.

Yes sinusitis can cause headache but it is uncommon cause of headache. Sinusitis is inflammation of sinuses. Sinusitis presents with following complaints

1.Pain over cheek and radiating to frontal region or teeth, increasing with straining or bending down

2. Facial pain

3.Congestion of nose, eyes and flushing of cheeks

4.Persisting cough, pharyngeal irritation

5.Fever

6.Frontal sometimes occipital headache.

In your case I don't see any condition which prove diagnosis of sinusitis.
Isolated complaint of headache is not due to sinusitis.

You should consult good Family physician or general physician for proper evaluation of your headache with appropriate investigations.

Hopefully I have cleared your doubt.

Take care

Regards.
